Please park in the Overlake Pavilion Building. Take the elevator to the first floor then walk across the hall and take the second set of elevators to the 9th floor.
Northbound: Exit I-405 at NE 4th St. Turn right on NE 4th St. and turn left on 116th Ave NE. Turn left into the hospital campus. Please park in the Overlake Pavilion Building. Take the elevator to the first floor then walk across the hall and take the second set of elevators to the 9th floor.
Parking is available in the Overlake Pavilion Building. Proceed through the lobby to the Medical Tower elevators. Take the elevator to the first floor then walk across the hall and take the second set of elevators to the 9th floor.

From I-90 Eastbound or Westbound take Exit 18 , to Highlands Drive NE. Stay in the left-hand lane and merge to the farthest left lane as you begin up the hill. At the first stop light take a left onto NE Discovery Drive. At the next light take a left turn onto 8th Ave NE. Proceed to the Proliance Surgeons Building on the left. When you enter the building proceed to the third floor. Bellevue ENT Issaquah is located in Suite 310, Lake Washington Facial Plastics is located in Suite 300, and the Highlands Surgery Center is on the first floor.
